What’s in Media

Media holds every photo and video Partna has for you, synced or uploaded, whether or not it is currently showing. It is a pool like any other: everything available, until you decide what actually goes on your site. Photos and videos sit together in the one pool, rather than in separate lists.

Where it comes from

Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and Pinterest sync their media straight into this pool. You can also add photos and videos directly, without needing a connected platform behind them, so Media never depends on having something connected.

Choosing what shows

Tick a photo or video on to add it to your grid, untick it to hold it back — it stays in the pool regardless. Newly synced media starts ticked on, so your grid keeps up with your connected platforms without extra work, and anything you upload yourself is yours to tick or untick as you like. You will meet this pool as its own step in the Get Started walk, then again in your dashboard whenever you want to change what shows. A Smart order switch sits alongside it: on, your grid follows what visitors tap; off, it keeps the order you set, and it remembers your choice for this pool alone.

The grid on your site

Everything you have ticked on shows together as a grid on your site, mixing synced media and your own uploads in one place. A visitor sees one grid, with no indication of which platform a piece came from.
