Enquiry form and inbox
Publish an enquiry form on your site, choose what people can ask about, and work through replies from one inbox.
Turn the form on and visitors can write to you from your site; every message lands in one inbox. It also lands in your contacts table.
Publishing the form
A publish toggle controls whether the form actually shows on your site. Switch it off and the form disappears from your page without losing anything you’ve already set up.
Subject options
Visitors pick a subject before they write their message. You start with five default options, and you can add up to ten of your own, each up to 60 characters.
The inbox (new, read, replied)
Every message moves through the same three states. It arrives as new, becomes read once you’ve opened it, and replied once you’ve responded.
Archive and spam
Archive a message to clear it out of your active inbox without deleting it. Mark one as spam and it’s both put away and blocked — the sender can’t send you another enquiry.
Spam blocks the sender
Marking a message as spam does more than file it away: it also blocks the sender, so use it for messages you never want to hear from again, not just ones you want out of sight.
