Documents
Publish one downloadable document on your site — a menu, a price list, a rate card, whatever visitors need to save.
Your site can carry one downloadable document — a menu, a price list, a rate card. It shows with Partna’s built-in PDF viewer so visitors can read it in place, or download it if they’d rather keep a copy.
Uploading a document
Upload the file you want visitors to be able to download. It replaces whatever document was there before — there’s room for one at a time, so a new upload takes the old one’s place rather than sitting alongside it. If you need to swap it later, upload the new version the same way and the old one is gone.
Title and caption
Give the document a title and a short caption so visitors know what they’re opening before they tap it. Both show next to the file on your site, so make them plain enough to stand alone — “2026 price list” tells a visitor more than the file’s original filename ever will.
Publish toggle
A publish toggle controls whether the document shows on your site at all. Upload it, set the title and caption, then turn publishing on when it’s ready — leave it off while you’re still preparing the file. If you want the whole Documents page off your site rather than just the file inside it, that’s a separate page visibility switch, set on the Site page.
