Notifications
Stay on top of what happens on your sitepage — set your notification preferences and read alerts in your in-app inbox.
Notifications keep you informed about activity on your sitepage, like a new enquiry coming in. There are two sides to it: your preferences, and the in-app inbox where notifications land.
Notification preferences
Your preferences let you choose which events notify you, so you hear about what matters to you and skip what doesn't. You'll find these under Settings.
Manage preferences in your dashboard
The exact set of notification options lives in your dashboard's notification settings, where you can adjust them to suit how you like to be kept in the loop.
In-app inbox
Your notification inbox is the in-app centre where alerts collect — things like enquiry alerts and system messages. From the inbox you can:
- Read a notification to see its detail.
- Mark a notification as read, or dismiss it.
- Mark everything as read at once to clear things down.
Enquiries and newsletter signups that arrive here also create Contacts, so you have a record of who reached out.
