Booking, reservations and ordering

Booking, reservations and online ordering are three separate categories, and your account only shows the ones that apply to it.

Which of the three you see in Platforms depends on what your account can use. If it can use booking, you’ll see booking platforms. If it can take table reservations or online orders instead, you’ll see those. A business always books either tables or appointments, never both; see account types and capabilities for exactly which accounts get which.

Booking and appointments

If your account can use booking, paste your booking link and Partna adds a Book button pointing straight at it, and fills your Services pool with the prices it finds there. Partna supports around 30 booking platforms, including Fresha, Square, Acuity, Vagaro, Booksy, Cliniko, Jane, Mindbody, Calendly and Cal.com.

Table reservations

If your account can take table reservations, connect OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Tock, TheFork or Quandoo and Partna adds a Reserve button that sends visitors straight to your table booking page.

Online ordering

If your account can take online orders, connect DoorDash, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Menulog, Toast or Square Online and Partna adds an Order button, so visitors can order ahead without leaving the page.

Why you won’t see booking and reservations together

A business either takes bookings for appointments or reservations for tables, never both — food-sector businesses get reservations and ordering, every other business gets booking. Some accounts can use both at once — the account types page has the full table.
