The Get Started walk
After sign up, Partna walks you through one setup screen at a time — only the ones that apply to you.
Once sign-up is done, Partna walks you through setting up your site one screen at a time. Which screens you see, and in what order, depends on your account and what Partna already found for you.
How passes work
Each screen in the walk is a pass — a single, self-contained step decided by the server, not a fixed list baked into the app. A Partna account sees listing, platforms, services, then items for watch, listen, events and shop, then media, then links, then done. A Business Partna account adds a menu step and a logo step. Passes for connecting platforms are merged into one step rather than one per platform.
Your platforms step
Before that, a listing step asks you to Select your workplace — “Pick where you work so people can find you” — from Google listing candidates Partna already found, or by searching. The platforms step then shows every connection Partna found automatically, ready for you to tick which ones go live, or add more from the connect sheet.
Services or menu
The services step (or menu, on a food-sector Business Partna account) starts with everything switched on: “Everything’s on. Untick anything you don’t offer.” You’re editing down from the full list Partna synced, not building it from scratch.
Choosing what’s on
The item steps — watch, listen, events, shop — work the same way: pick which synced items show on your site. Your newest content stays switched on by default, so a new video or release doesn’t need you to come back and turn it on.
Media, links and (Business Partna) logo
Media and links steps follow the same tick-to-show pattern. A Business Partna account also gets a logo step: pick a square mark and a full logo from detected candidates, choose “No logo”, or upload your own.
Continue-only navigation
Only the Continue button advances the walk. If you reach Continue with nothing selected on a step, that step is simply skipped — it isn’t an error. Steps never disappear once you’ve reached them, so you can always come back and change your mind.
