Contacts
Contacts is where the people who reach out through your sitepage land — enquiry senders and email sign-ups — alongside anyone you add yourself.
Every lead your page captures collects in one place. When someone messages you through your enquiry formor hands over their email through the email sign-up, they're saved as a contact — and you can add contacts by hand too.
Where contacts come from
- Enquiries — when a visitor sends you a message through your enquiry form, the sender is saved as a contact and the message arrives in your notifications.
- Email sign-ups — anyone who submits your email sign-up form becomes a contact.
- Added by you — you can create contacts manually for people you meet elsewhere.
Managing contacts
Each contact holds the details you'd expect, which you can edit:
- Name
- Phone, with a country dial-code
- Country
- Subscription status
- The date they signed up
You can edit any contact, and delete contacts one at a time or several at once.
Taking your contacts with you
Your contacts are yours. You can download them as a CSV to use in a spreadsheet or another tool — see Exporting contacts.
Enquiries reach you two ways
An enquiry both notifies you and saves the sender to Contacts, so you can reply to the message and still have the person's details on hand afterwards.
