Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Partna’s marketing website at partna.au and the waitlist, while we’re in pre-launch. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

When the product opens up, using your Partna account will be covered by a fuller set of terms that we’ll present to you at that time.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it isn’t a guarantee of access, a specific place in line, or a launch date. We onboard people in waves and will invite you when a spot is ready.

Early access is provided as-is while we build. Features may change, and availability may be limited as we scale up carefully.

Please use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, abuse the forms, or access it in ways it isn’t meant to be used. We may limit or block use that looks abusive or automated.

Give us accurate information — in particular, use an email address that’s yours so we can reach you with your invite.

The Partna name, logo, site design, and content are ours (or used with permission). You’re welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy or reuse our branding or content as your own.

The marketing site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free while we’re in pre-launch.

To the extent the law allows, Partna isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
