Listen

The Listen pool holds the music and podcast episodes your connected platforms sync in, ready for you to choose what shows.

Listen is the pool for your music and podcasts — everything your connected platforms sync in, waiting for you to choose what plays on your site.

Who has a Listen pool

Whether you see Listen depends on your account’s capabilities — specifically, whether it can use lifestyle pages. Where it applies, Listen appears alongside your other pools with nothing extra to turn on.

What’s in Listen

Listen holds tracks, releases and podcast episodes: everything your connected platforms have synced, not only the newest one. As with every pool, nothing shows on your site until you tick it.

Where it comes from

Music platforms — Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Deezer and YouTube Music — feed a player and your latest release into Listen. Podcast platforms — Apple Podcasts and Spotify — feed your latest episode in the same way.

Choosing what shows

Tick what you want playing on your site, untick what you would rather hold back — either way, it stays in the pool. New releases and episodes sync in already ticked on, so your Listen page stays current on its own. Where Listen applies, you will see it as its own step in the Get Started walk, right alongside Watch — after that, the same table lives in your dashboard for whenever you want to change your mind. A Smart order switch sits alongside it too: on, your tracks and episodes follow what visitors tap; off, they stay in the order you set, and it remembers your choice for this pool alone.

How it looks on your site

Your ticked tracks and episodes show on your Listen page, ready for a visitor to press play.
