Google Business

Every account that connects Google Business gets the same baseline sync; full sync is an extra some accounts can turn on.

Google Business takes a single connection — one listing per site. Every account that connects it gets the same baseline sync. Full sync, which also sets your display name from Google, is a capability only some accounts have; see account types and capabilities for the full breakdown.

What syncs

Connect your Google Business listing and Partna keeps your rating and reviews, opening hours, photos, and your address with a map and directions current on your site — all pulled straight from the listing, with nothing to re-enter by hand. If your account can use a Menu, your menu comes across too, kept in step with whatever you publish on Google.

Full sync

If your account can use full sync, you can turn it on. On top of the baseline fields, it sets your display name from Google directly, so your listing and your site never say two different names for the same place. It’s the deepest sync any platform gets on Partna, which is why it’s a capability rather than something every account that connects Google Business gets.

How synced fields lock elsewhere

With full sync on, the matching fields on your Identity page lock. You edit them from Google Business instead, so the two never drift apart — a rating or an opening hour only needs updating in one place.
