How connecting works
Every platform on Partna connects the same way — paste a link, a handle or a name, no logins involved.
Partna connects to close to 100 platforms, and the roster is fixed — see the full list in Supported platforms. Whichever one you’re adding, the method is the same: you give Partna the address of a profile you already have. Which categories show up for you — booking, reservations, ordering, Listen — depends on your account, but the way you connect never changes.
Paste, don’t log in
There’s no separate sign-in button anywhere in Platforms. You paste a link, a handle or a name — your Instagram username, your Google Business listing, your Spotify profile, whatever it is — and Partna works out which platform it belongs to and reads the public page. Nothing asks for a password on the other platform, and Partna never asks for one either.
One account or several
Some platforms take a single connection by design — Instagram, Google Business and Fresha among them. Others let you add more than one: YouTube, Spotify and Eventbrite all support multiple accounts, which matters if you run more than one channel, profile or venue.
What syncs automatically
Once something’s connected, Partna keeps checking it: a new post, an updated rating, an upcoming event, a new product. Whatever it finds feeds into the matching pool on your site. You don’t reconnect or refresh anything yourself — it stays current on its own, for as long as the connection stands.
Routing suggestions
Partna also looks for links you haven’t connected yet — an Instagram bio link pointing at a shop, say, or a booking link mentioned somewhere public. These turn up in the Routing suggestions inbox, where you can accept one to connect it properly, or dismiss it if it’s not worth adding.
