Partna vs Business

Partna comes in two flavours. Both give you a full sitepage — Business adds a deeper Google Business connection and a few hospitality-oriented features.

When you sign up, you choose one of two account types: Partna (the standard individual account) or Business Partna. The two are the same product — same dashboard, same layouts, same design tools. They differ only in a small set of capabilities suited to businesses with a physical presence.

Partna (standard)

The standard account is built for a solo professional. You get everything: a public sitepage at <handle>.partna.au, all four layouts, the full design kit, analytics, contacts, and the integrations that make sense for an individual — booking, socials, watch/listen, products showcase, custom links, and more.

Business Partna

Business Partna is aimed at professionals running a venue or service business — think a salon, studio, cafe, or clinic. It behaves exactly like a standard account, plus:

  • Full Google Business sync — connecting your Google Business Profile pulls in more than the booking link. Your place info, map, reviews, hours, and other details populate your page automatically.
  • Storewide booking — booking links can point at your whole business rather than a single named service or person.
  • Hospitality features — the integration groups suited to venues, such as reservations and online ordering, become available.

Which should I pick?

Choose Business Partna if you have a Google Business Profile and want it to drive your page, or if you need reservations or online ordering. Otherwise Partna is the right fit. You pick this once during signup.

Pick the type that matches how you work today

Your account type is set when you sign up. Choose the one that reflects your business now — most individual professionals want the standard Partna account.
